Introduction
CraftPulse LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit craftpulse.org (the “Website”), how we use it, the legal basis on which we rely, and the rights you have in relation to your data. We act as the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this Website. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@craftpulse.org.
Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services and to respond to your enquiries. The categories of data we collect are:
- Contact form submissions — when you submit an enquiry via our Website, we collect your name, email address, and a description of your project or query.
- Email correspondence — if you contact us directly by email, we retain your email address and the content of the communication.
- Website analytics — we may collect aggregated, anonymous data about page views, session duration, and referral sources using privacy-first analytics tools. This data does not include personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify you as an individual.
- Server logs — our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data including IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs for security and operational purposes.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, biometric data, or financial payment information through this Website.
How We Use Your Data
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries — we process contact form submissions and email inquiries to reply to your questions and assess whether we can provide the services you require.
- To provide our services — where you become a client, we process your data as necessary to perform the contract with you and to manage the engagement.
- To operate and improve the Website — anonymous analytics data helps us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve its content and performance.
- To comply with legal obligations — we may retain certain data to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including financial record-keeping requirements.
- To protect our rights — we may use data to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or other potentially illegal or harmful activity.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or to make automated decisions with legal or significant effects on you.
Data Sharing
We share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — we share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Website and deliver our services (e.g., hosting, email delivery). These providers are contractually required to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law. See the “Third-Party Services” section for specific providers.
- Payment processing — where payment processing is required for client engagements, we may use a third-party payment processor. Any such processor will be contractually required to handle your payment data securely and in accordance with applicable law. CraftPulse does not store full card numbers or payment credentials. Details of the specific payment processor in use will be disclosed prior to any payment being taken.
- Legal compliance — we may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CraftPulse, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact enquiries — email correspondence and contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years from the date of the last communication, after which they are securely deleted.
- Client project data — data relating to active and completed client engagements is retained for the duration of the contract and for a period thereafter as agreed in the relevant service agreement.
- Financial records — records required for accounting and tax purposes are retained for a minimum of 7 years, as required by applicable US federal and state law.
- Analytics data — anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.
